Ask about a fleet
Plans change when vehicles change. Hybrid control units, turbo hardware, and infotainment modules are reviewed every year and either listed or clearly excluded.
High-mileage vehicles can still enroll when the odometer and a basic condition check fit the schedule. We would rather decline a tired car than issue a contract that cannot pay.
Oil, filters, brake pads, rotors, wipers, tires, and alignments remain your responsibility. A covered failure caused by skipped maintenance can be declined.
Paint, glass, upholstery, and collision damage belong to other products. TripThis pays for mechanical and electrical breakdown, not for a dented panel.
A contract is not a repair bill for a problem you already know about. Pre-existing conditions found in the waiting period are not eligible.
